You can now add Power BI reports from your work space as a tab in Microsoft Teams.
Prerequisites for this:
- A Power BI Pro license
- The Power BI tab for Microsoft Teams.
- Users must be Microsoft Teams users with access to channels and chats.
Follow below steps to embed your report in a Microsoft Teams channel or chat:
Step-1: Login to Microsoft Teams and Click to “+” Icon.
Step-2: Search Power BI to Add a Tab.
Step-3: Select the report you want to add as a Teams tab, then click to save.
Step-4: Now you can see the HR report as a tab.
Step-5: Now, navigate to the ‘Posts’ tab and review users comments and feedback on your report.
How to remove reports from Teams Tab?
Click the down arrow, select ‘Remove’, and it will show you a final confirmation. Click ‘Remove’ to proceed.
